| Just finished another painting for class. This time it is really an abstract. It was based on the traditional windmill painting I did several years ago. ****************Click on the pictures to see larger images.*****************

| Nice Job Judy... the abstract looks almost like layers of water color washes... also, Like ink of various colors poured on to coarse paper. I can see this on a big white wall | |

| It looks like you're getting there, Judy. I like the colors in this and the shadow of the windmill. | |

| The colors on this are absolutely beautiful. Is this digital or can you tell me what brands and types of colors you are using? And it looks like a true abstract to me. | |

| Thank you all.
Yes, the abstract is all digital so there really isn't a brand of color. I did come across a great website that shows all colors and what brands carry the colors. I'll try to get the information together and post someplace in forum where is will be more visible. I've been using it as a guide and find it very helpful. | |

| If any of you are interested, I just did a video of the process I used for painting this windmill on Painter 12. It is posted on Youtube if you want to see it.

| Very interesting, Judy. You're so much more advanced than I am with Painter. I've only just played around with the brushes and painted with it. I know there's a lot more the software will do and I ought to explore it's capabilities. | |

| I've been taking courses for a year now at Digital Art Academy which are great. I had Painter 11 for over a year before I really started using it mainly because of the classes. | |
