Oh, edit, I see, a work in progress.
Well, I'll try ! Next time when I paint a rose ! This one was from a photo found on the internet. I tried to think about my painting teacher words "do not think, see the colors and put them on the canvas."
And I try to emphasize the contrasts. | |

| The rose is absolutely beautiful. I do want to make one comment, and that is about the bud on the right side. It is so perfect and just pulls the whole thing together by balancing the colors of the background on the left. I really love it. sorry for being so long in responding. I thought I did, but I must not have. Really beautiful work. | |
