Here are the two paintings I've completed while at my art show. I just paint while I talk to people the entire three hours I'm there. The first is 18x24 and the second is 14x18, both on canvas.

Beautiful! They're like stained glass. That's wonderful that you can be so productive even in the middle of your show. 2 more tree paintings 120968

OK Callie - you beat me to it. They do look like stained glass windows. Very etherial (spelling?)

I love the first one. It feels so delicate and inviting.

Thanks everybody! Didn't get much headway on my next painting today - it was the opening reception so I had a lot of people to chat with about the show instead. Sold 3 of my little daily paintings, so it was worth it. Wink

Really excellent Sofie. The one on the left with it's focus on the mystery of distance. These are paintings for gazing at while meditating with appropriate music in the background.
Hope you don't mind if I add a copy to my library of images I like.

Congats Sophie.

One of the problems I have is how to price artwork. Any advice? Or maybe there is a better area in this forum for discussing that

Thanks Janet and Dale Smile

Yeah, pricing is tricky. I think a discussion on pricing in the correct forum would be a great idea. 2 more tree paintings Icon_idea

Pricing is a topic which could stand separately. I've learned some lessons. Embarassed

If anyone hasn't started a new topic on pricing, I'll get one going.
