Here is the finished painting of the Cactus Halo. I showed the different stages in the WIP but in case some of you missed it, I've posted it here also. It was done on a 12" x 24" stretched canvas with a medium texture. I used WN Artisan WSO's and walnut alkyd as my medium for thinning down the paints and to hasten the drying time.

Judy its beautiful! I love the variation and colors. The highlights are wonderful on the cactus.

Thanks Janet, I wish the photo would have captured al the highlights, but many were missed because they are very suttle.
