Here is a pastel portrait I did of my husband several years after he passed away at age 59. I love using the velour paper for pastels because it gives such a softness to the face. This is a photo from a print I made. I gave the original to my step-daughter so she could enjoy his gentle smile and beautiful blue-gray eyes.
