Wooo Hoooo - Where is Everyone?

Boy, Judy rearranges the furniture in here and no one can find the door to come in? Where is everyone?

I have finally had my last eye check up and final visit to my optometrist and I'm very happy to report that I can finally see well enough to paint! I've started several paintings and have just put them in the circular file! I don't know whether I've lost the ability to paint or have been lousy all along and can just now see it!

Anyway, someone give me a quick kick in the backside or something and help me get to painting again!!!!

Jan, you can do it! Just do a couple more loose paintings to get back in the groove. You will get there!

Jan,… a few paintings will get that rust out. So do a few to just get the bad ones out of your system. So hang in there your art work is very good so don't be hard on yourself.

So glad you have finally gotten your eyes up and working. My hands are up and working again also , so I've been playing with painting and getting back into tennis. I had a friend ask me to do a nude, something I have never done, and so I've been playing with it in painter. She wants it as a pencil sketch, and that is something I've never really done as completed painting. Probably will not post since this nude might not be acceptable on this forum.

Good luck with your painting. Relax and have fun with it.

Judy, you could probably post the image if you blur the sensitive areas enough... that's what I did when I posted the life drawing images last spring.

I still have some more work to do on it, but I'll keep that in mind.

Judy, so glad your hands are working again too! Please do post and just blur as Alan said if you feel you should. It's exciting to get a commission and I'm tickled for you.

Judy- I don't think you should blur. Please post it as is. Glad to see that you are in your full form.

Maybe 'll put a bikini on here for here. Most of them I've seen are so skimpy that you might as wll be nude.. I'm still working on it.

Maybe just add leaves and a picket fence. Or maybe a flower in the foreground, ha ha

So glad you're back in the Game, Jan. I know you'll have it worked out in no time. The recent pictures you posted were great. We'd love to see your work Judy, however you feel most comfortable posting it.

Judy, I'm sure your nude is artistic and I can't see a problem with posting it in an art forum - I'm pretty sure you aren't a closet pornographer and we don't have children here! Besides, they can see just about anything they want online anyway.

Alan, you come up with the best ideas. I'm having trouble typing from laughing so hard. I'm still struggling with her face of all things, then I'll post it. Nope....not a closet pornographer....actually quite modest. That is why I've never done a nude before.

Faisal, I saw on your site that you transferred back over to TOs. So did I. I don't use turps, and I like the way they handle, so I went back to them. Anyway, you said you said you use Masters Touch synthetic brushes. I looked on jerrysartarama and ASW,, and can't find them on either. Is that a brand name or a name within a certain brand? Where did you get them, if you don't mind me asking.

Actually, now I use a combination of brushes, that I really like. I will write those down for you tonight.

Masters Touch and it is at Hobby Lobby, (there are quite a few. For example one of my brush says the following: 2 MastersTouch 800-KF Filbert).
