Hello All,

The bottle was screaming for my attention as I rested it on the red fabric. It was calling out to me… "Look At Me", "Look At Me"….

The Auction for this painting is at Daily PaintWorks:

Your glass bottle is beautiful and very realistic. I do wonder if the bright red cloth steals the scene though. Great painting!

I agree with Crystal. Perhaps a few more highlights on the vase to help it stand out from the background would help. It is a challenge to paint a clear glass vessel against a black background without it getting lost.

Faisal, another nice painting. I do agree that the (paisley?) symbols are very strong and contrasty, and pull us away from the bottle. And I admire the bottle and liquid; nicely handled!
