| I've been busy the past week being a construction worker in 100 degree heat. I spent the week framing in my covered porch and screening it in so my indoor cat could have an outdoor life. I even planted his very own grass garden for him to nibble on. Today bwas finally cool enough to sit out and enjoy it. The first thing that happened was that a little house finch flew into the porch between the rafters which I haven't screen in yet. The cat was carried into the house and the screen door to the porch opened to coax the bird out. Next it was time to forget about relaxing and get up on the ladder and screen in between the rafter. That done, I'll start catching up here.

| A suburb of Tucson, AZ. My critique of your most recent work is next on the agenda. LOL | |

| Wow, Judy, aren't you the smart one! I hope your cat appreciates what you're doing! You sound like me as I wouldn't hesitate to do something like that but I'm a few years younger than you! You're amazing to tackle it though. | |

| Been doing it all my life. No time to quit now. We actually got to spent the entire day out on the porch because the weather only went into the 80's, down from 100's. Mozart, the cat is still out there. | |

| Wow! Judy, when you said being a construction worker, you did not mean figuratively? I am impressed. Wow! | |

| Judy, it seems that Mozart is keen to inspect your work! Nice photos. | |

| While Mozart and I were enjoying our new porch the other day, we had an unexpected visitor, a very squawky roadrunner. | |

| It must be fun to see them like that, Judy. We have lots of birds, but not any roadrunners! lol
How did Mozart react to it? | |

| His eyes got big and his tail quivered when the bird came by, but he didn't move an inch. Too bad he wasn't up on the shelf when the road runner came. It really would have made a great photo. | |
