Here is one section of the user agreement with TinyPic. You can interpret it however you want. I'll also check the agreement with Servings.com. and post it.

I just checked Servings.com which is the one you load from the icons above and there is no such statement.

Hope that helps. There does seem to be a problem with all the menus at the top of the post if you preview it. None of the choices are available once you preview it and return to the post or if you edit it. I don't know what is going on. I couldn't find any way to return the posting back to how they were before. Oh well. I guess we can work around them as long as we are aware of it and it is free.
