| I did this today. These paintings are about 3" x 3" give and take a few. But I am having fun with the MAX. I don't know how long I spent on these... but I had fun doing them. Another thing I love about the MAX is that it does not dry fast on my pallet. I left the paint out in the open and it is day 2 and it developed a very thin layer of shell towards the evening which I removed and then I was back in business. 1) The top right is a vase about 2" tall I brought with me from Japan 15 years ago, when I went there on a business trip. 2) The top left is a "stubby" phillips screw driver. It is not fore shortened, it has a ver short handle and short stem. 3) The bottom 2 are what you see... I think I am feeling confident and would probably attempt a giant still life (5ft long and 2.5ft high panoramic) for the house with vases, fruits e.t.c, and dramatic light... something like Rembrandt (poor man's). I figured out the camera issue... I have a cannon and the picture I took of the above was with that and I am happy... No more IPOD photographs for me. | |

| It sounds like the MAX might be an answer for your problems with paints drying too fast. As usual, you did a great job with highlighting to make the images feel so real.
The camera did a great job. I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3i and love it. A lot of times I lay the painting on the floor to capture it. The lighting is more evenly reflective from the white ceiling, and I don't have so much trouble lining the camera up with the canvas. That is always a problem for me when I have the canvas on an easel to photograph it.

| Hi Judy, This was a very old post that you brought back to life... Thanks for your reply. However, I do have a new 56th painting... do leave a comment when you get a little time. Thanks Faisal | |

| I just realized that this was from April 2012. It is fun how you have developed your skills with backgrounds. #56 is beautiful. | |

| Yes! These are rather old. Judy revived it... I guess because it did not get any response... but interesting to see some activity on this... | |
