Nice job. The texture on the white areas of the tube make it look very used. I'm kind of messy I can relate to that.

Thanks Judy.... yup these paint tubes get dirty awfully quickly. I took the artistic liberty of giving it some texture... Smile

Hi WMG,

Thanks! It was done fast, I am finding that it keeps the work looking fresh... and besides it is only 5" x 7", the only color is red and warm and cool blacks, so that helped.

I visited your blog, the bird paintings are "truly" awesome.... I absolutely love the un-belabored look... very fresh... nice work and congrats on your entry into the Juried exhibition... Good Luck!
