OK I have a lot of books to recommend but will start with this one as it is my newest purchase.

This is a great book for beginners to my level (whatever that may be). Good content on a variety of subjects - well explained and demonstrated.

Thanks Dale,

I had a chance to preview this book on Amazon, and I really like her style of writing. I especially liked the section on toning your canvas for mood. I also noticed that the paintings were done in oils. I have so many books that all involve watercolor, and the techniques are so different then with oils.
Thanks for sharing.

Judy
