Nice work Dana. The leaves are fantastic! Can't wait to see the next stage.

Love the trees, the bird, and the leaves. Can't wait to see some more.

It's coming along very nicely. The face of the bird is really good. I'm assuming it will eventually be a cardinal...the blue is throwing me off, but it is probably under painting. I'm curious as to what you are planning for the foreground. What surface are you using to paint on? It doesn't look like a canvas.

It is on canvas.....

not sure if I should paint the window pains the same color as the yellow....thinking if I do that it will take away from the fall leaves, if I paint them a brown maybe too busy looking....lots to think about and process.....

I have more to do defiantly, just setting with it for a while, thinking about what I want to do next --

You all are welcome to put your input and suggestions in.....

Thank you

I like the white of the window panes but grayed down to give them shape and the feeling that they are white but on the shadow side of the window. Good luck, it is coming along well.

Is it on stretched canvas Dana or canvas board?
The window with the bird and leaves is a picture in itself. Whatever you do below and to the left should not detracct from that.
Looking forward to watch the progress
