I think the Trash Bin (monthly) was a fun post. Lots of humor, and good-natured critiquing which created food for thought.

Judy, that's a great idea. Where do you think the best place to put it would be? I'm thinking completed paintings. What do you think about starting out with a thread that is open ended and once it gets busier we could make it a monthly thread? I think a sticky in the completed paintings forum may work. But it's up to you which way you would like to proceed.

Let me Think on it. Right now I'm in the middle of writing this sticky for how to upload pictures.

Starting this forum was perfect timing. I have lots of time since I can't paint so all this writing is keeping me Very busy and away from the refrigerator.

You mentioned doing some photography on you trip out of town. maybe we have to establish a Photo reference library. think about it. Today I'll work on the trash Bin after i see the doctor.

Judy, I think a Reference Image Library is a great idea. We'll need to come up with a different name in order to avoid using the same name as another forum. I'll create a new secition after I've researched the legalities as members will need to made aware that by posting their photos in this section they will be releasing some of their rites to that photo. I'll get started on it ASAP.

I'll be working on a banner at some point for the forum. I'll create several of them and post them in a poll so they can be voted on or suggested changes can be made.

I hope everything goes well at the doctors.

After researching this further I've discovered that Reference Image Library is a generic term that is used by several sites therefore no problem we can go with that title. Should be able to get this done today and let me know if their is anything you want to change.

The reference image library is finished. Guests can't view the library only members who are logged in.

I was thinking it might be nice to have a bio section where we can write a bit about ourselves so we can get to know each other better.

Good idea Sophie and Judy I'll look into it first thing tomorrow and see if I can find a way to change the Comment section in the profile to Biography. Thank you for the suggestion!

Callie suggested that it be called "About Me" instead of Biography. I agree. I think it sounds a lot friendlier and less stuffy. Sophie, it was your idea. What do you think?

I think About Me is less formal and friendlier, which is much more what I had in mind - I just didn't have the right words.
